You should include the name of the event, the date(s) and time(s), who will benefit from the event; (fundraiser, etc.), location of the event, if applicable where to purchase tickets, pricing, name of organization, and a contact person for the event. We can post your community event for up to thirty days prior and once your event has concluded the details will be removed. "In our community to participate and serve in any capacity"
Community Event:
Cody's Gift (www.codysgift.com) founded by Kevin M. Mason is an all volunteer not-for-profit group that solicits and fund-raises for needed supplies for homeless animals in area rescue groups shelter and foster care. Our FIRST fund-raiser will be held on Sunday, December 5th from 12:00 noon - 3:00 pm at the BUFFALO BARKERY 47 Allen Street in Allentown. Santa Clause and his favorite elf will be there, this is a pet friendly event and we will serve cheese/crackers, beverages and raffles galore! ranging in value from $25.00 to over $500.00. All raffles will be listed on our website www.codysgift.com in the beginning of November. You will be able to purchase tickets on line, at the event or by check. Your check should be made payable to Cody's Gift and sent to Cody's Gift P.O.Box 702 Buffalo NY 14215. You will need to enclose s note with your contact information, what tickets you are purchasing; (raffle, mega raffle or 50/50 and what raffles you want your tickets dispersed to!
