Mr. Thomas J. Mentlewicz Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Thomas J. Mentlewicz, age 74. Thomas joined his beloved wife Marian for eternity on Tuesday, July 6, 2021. He lived in the Kaisertown section of Buffalo. He is pre-deceased by his parents John and Mary (nee Bakowski) Mentlewicz. He leaves behind his step children; James (the late Linda) Pilarski, Helen (late Leon) Repeta, George Pilarski, Ellen and Garon Griesinger and Andrew Pilarski. Thomas has many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and relatives in which he cherished each minute he spent with them at the many parties he went to. He made friends sitting on his front porch every day. His favorite thing to do was relax on the porch getting sun and wait for his mail to come. He will be missed by his guard bird Pokey who would chirp when anyone would come to the house. Thomas was a Navy Veteran which he was proud to have served his country. There will be no prior calling hours. Marian and Thomas' family will celebrate and honor their lives in the future.
