Robin Sittniewski- Mruk Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Robin A. (nee Sittniewski) Mruk, age 61, passed away at Mercy Hospital in Buffalo NY on Saturday, July 30, 2022. Robin was born on Thursday, June 8, 1961, in Buffalo New York the daughter of Robert T. and the late Mary Ann (nee Juzdowski) Sittniewski. She was the owner of MPW Foods most commonly known as Ma's Pierogi's. She grew up in the Kaisertown area of Buffalo as her family owned and operated the Sittniewski Funeral Home. Robin is survived by her precious son Derek Michael Mruk and her stepson Aaron (Jennifer) Mruk. Adored grandmother of Kai and Elijah Mruk. Devoted daughter on Robert T. and the late Mary Ann (nee Juzdowski) Sittniewski. Loving sister of the late Bobby Sittniewski and Susan Sittniewski. Robin was the special aunt to Jeremy Sittniewski. She is also survived by cousins, relatives, and wonderful friends from all over, and her cat Cyd. Robin was a devoted, loyal and loving mother and care giver to her son Derek. She devoted her life to her family and her business. Family and friends are invited to a celebration of Robin's life on Sunday, August 7, 2022, between the hours of 1:00 - 4:00 pm at the Kevin M. Mason Funeral Home 154 Weimar Street (at the corner of Casimir St.). Chaplain Robert Fink will officiate a service at 4:00 pm.
