Clifford J. Beasor

Clifford J. Beasor - Cliff to everyone who knew him passed away on Saturday, March 29, 2025, after a fierce battle with rapidly progressive dementia. The son of Merton and Bertha Beasor, Cliff grew up in East Aurora where he worked as an auto mechanic his entire career. He moved to Delevan, NY where he lived out his retirement. Clifford is survived by his wife Leila Beasor (nee Andrae), his two children Michael Beasor and Laura Neri, two grandchildren Airiana and Trinity, and one great grandchild Lucca. Also survived are Clifford's siblings Judith Schaffer, Constance Beasor, Pamela Kloc, and Timothy Beasor, as well as several nieces and nephews. Clifford was predeceased by both his parents as well as siblings Phyllis Meyer and Russell Beasor. Cliff was a quiet man with a sharp wit, an extensive vocabulary, a passion for reading, history, and talking politics. His tool chest was adorned with his favorite Sunday comics, often re-written by him to address his acerbic political stance. He enjoyed spending his days diligently working the daily crosswords and reading countless books. He was fascinated by trains and history and had a talent in being able to provide an impromptu history lesson at any given moment. You would often find Cliff listening to classical music, the Beatles, or talk radio while working in the shop. Clifford will be remembered for his outstanding character, his tireless work ethic, and his unfailing dedication to his family. We will forever hold him in our hearts. A Celebration of Life for Clifford will take place on Sunday, April 6, 2025, from 2:00 -4:00 pm at the Arcade VFW located at 550 W. Main Street Arcade NY.
